At ABD, our Field Crew Members perform hands-on work to execute construction projects on-site. They assist with materials, tools, site organization, and cleanup while following directions from the Lead Man and Field Supervisor. Their work ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
FOREMAN (FIELD SUPERVISOR)
Our Lead Man is the driving force behind every successful job site at ABD. He leads the crew, oversees daily operations, and ensures each project is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the field team and supervisors, ensuring that every project runs smoothly.
PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager at ABD oversees construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards. They manage field crews, coordinate materials and inspections, monitor project quality and costs, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams. Their leadership ensures projects run efficiently and deliver outstanding results.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
At ABD, our Project Coordinator helps ensure construction projects move smoothly from contract to completion. This role coordinates permits, schedules, project documentation, and communication between estimators, engineers, project managers, and clients. Their work keeps projects organized, on track, and moving forward efficiently.
LEAD QUALIFIER
At ABD, our Lead Qualifier is the first point of contact for homeowners and commercial clients. They respond to inquiries, pre-qualify projects, and schedule estimates to ensure our sales team focuses on the best opportunities. Their goal is simple – fast response, clear communication.
MARKETING ASSISTANT
The Marketing Assistant at ABD supports the company’s marketing efforts by creating content and maintaining a strong online presence. This role captures photos and videos from job sites, manages social media platforms, and keeps business listings and online profiles up to date. Their work helps showcase company projects and strengthen the ABD brand across all digital channels.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The Sales Representative at ABD meets with clients, evaluates project needs, and prepares detailed estimates for construction services. This role guides clients through the project scope, materials, and pricing while providing professional recommendations. Their work helps convert leads into successful projects and ensures a positive experience for every client.
