The client’s primary goal was to restore structural integrity, eliminate moisture intrusion, and ensure long-term durability across all units. Beyond functionality, there was a need for a clean, consistent appearance that would elevate the property’s overall look.

Our team approached the project as a complete system upgrade – addressing visible damage and underlying structural vulnerabilities. The end result is a set of balconies that are safe, reliable, and built to withstand years of exposure to weather and daily use.

The balconies showed advanced wear, largely due to Sacramento’s climate.

Surface materials were worn down, cracked, and in some areas, structurally compromised. Water intrusion had already begun affecting underlying layers, increasing the risk of rot, mold, and long-term structural damage.
