We structured the project as a sequence of steps, from dismantling to renovating the building’s siding system. Each stage was completed with an emphasis on preparing the substructure and ensuring the quality of the new siding.
We started by removing the worn and torn siding, then evaluated the condition of the underlayment.
During the preparatory stage, areas affected by dry rot were detected and restored. This provided firm, sound groundwork for a further overhaul of the exterior.
Next, we installed new T1-11 wood panels across the entire facade. The installation was carried out with precise fitting and careful alignment of each element.
The final stage involved professionally painting the house a deep blue color and applying the finishing touches. This concluded the transformation, giving the facade its distinctive, recognizable look and protecting the house from extreme weather.
