The homeowner contacted us because he felt that the structure’s condition had deteriorated significantly over the years – warped boards, weakened framing, and visible wear throughout. Our task was to completely dismantle the old deck and rebuild it from scratch.

First, we completed the removal of the 35-year-old deck. Afterward, our team conducted a thorough foundation inspection to identify any issues before construction began.

After carefully dismantling the original structure, our team performed a detailed foundation assessment to detect and address any underlying issues. We then rebuilt the entire frame from the ground up using reinforced supports, securing every joint and fastener to ensure long-lasting durability and reliable outdoor performance.

The transformation is immediately visible.

What was once a grey, splintered deck with sagging boards and visible structural damage is now a warm, terracotta-toned Trex composite surface. The multi-level platform with its wide steps now sits confidently against the house, surrounded by mature trees and open backyard space.

In addition, the structure is now sturdier and safer, with an attractive finish made of Trex composite material.
